Weather Cancellation Policy

Weather Cancellation Policy
  • Cancellation notices will go out at or before 4:00 PM if we've been notified that fields are unplayable or if the league decides to cancel due to weather
    • Coaches will be notified via text and email
    • An email will be sent out league-wide
  • We do not cancel based on weather forecasts.  Please do not contact us during the day as we simply don't have the bandwidth to answer individual inquiries on cancellations.
  • If no cancellation notice has been issued, please proceed as if the game will be played
    • At this point, game cancellations will be the decision of the umpire or coaches if no umpire is present

Majors & AAA
  • All games will need to be rescheduled to make sure we qualify for tournament play

Coach Pitch & Tee Ball
  • Weather cancelled games will not be officially rescheduled.  If coaches want to reach out to each other and reschedule a cancelled game please contact Jessica at [email protected] for information on fields.  
  • We give coaches in coach pitch and tee ball the option to call each other to discuss weather and cancel games even if the league decides to play.  This is because what may be OK for older players may not be best for our younger players and coaches know their teams best.
    • If coaches decide to cancel a game, they must notify us by email to let us know so we can adjust the schedule
